We work with local suppliers and select local products such as fish, meat, fruits and vegetales from the island.
We do offer breakfast for all tastes as a ‘healthy’ proposal where you can enjoy a wide variety of native fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices and artisan pastries. If you prefer stronger breaksfast, you can also order our hot dishes , such as the typical breakfast of Dominican Republic, Mangu, consisting of mashed bananas, grilled salami, cheese and fried eggs.
